Town of Guayanilla

The town of Guayanilla was founded in February 27, 1833, deriving its name from an Indian term: “Guaynia”.  This town is also know as ”El Pueblo que Corre en Yegua”.

While in Guayanilla, visit el Malecón and
La Plaza del Pescador Desaparecido
